Returns:
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after item has arrived to its destination. Customer must provide return shipping costs. If item has arrived damaged, not up to standards, or otherwise needed to be exchanged or repaired, please reach out to us so we can find the best solution regarding your one-of-a-kind piece. Reach out if any damages incur within 60 days after having arrived to its destination. Any damages caused by harsh wear is not accepted for returns. It is understandable that accidents can happen, so please reach out if anything happens to your piece regardless of the reason.
All items sold on sale are non-refundable.
Customs Designs & Creations:
To protect the integrity of my designs and ensure a committed partnership, I require a 50% downpayment before starting the official design process. This step helps safeguard my creative work and demonstrates your serious intent to move forward with the project. Once the design is finalized and a timeline is established, I will then request the remaining 50% downpayment to proceed with hand crafting your piece. Thank you for your understanding and support. I will provide a rough sketch of the design prior to the 50% downpayment to ensure we can align on your vision. This allows for any adjustments or discussions before committing, in case I cannot meet your expectations.
Cleaning & Care:
***Please research your stone before attempting to clean your piece. Water and chemicals may affect your stones and quality of jewelry. If you have any questions, please reach out and we are happy to inform you!!
It is recommended to get quality pieces checked up on once in a while to ensure it is in optimal condition for wear.
To clean your jewelry, soak in warm water and dish soap. Use a soft bristle makeup spoolie or a kids toothbrush to scrub out gunk. Dry off piece, and use the polishing cloth included in every order to get your piece shining again!
